The next event is on 24th September 2011 and starts at 14:00 at

The Bull Inn - Three Leg Cross - Ticehurst - East Sussex.

This year there is going to be "Le Mans" style start where you wait for the start, then select your barrel, attach it to whatever your carrying equipment is and away you go.

We are aiming to raise as much as we can for the charity so please download the Sponsor Form and raise as much as you can from friends, neighbours, etc.

Rules

The "Management" have decided that the maximum in a team is now 10 people, so if you have more create two teams! simples! You'll need your own carrying device and teams so far have used stretchers and step ladders to hold the barrel and get more people around it to share the load. The only rules are NO ENGINES and NO WHEELS!

This "Full Barrel" challenge is tough, every entrant has to be medically fit, over 18 years of age and must have signed a waiver before staring the race. 

The event will take place starting from The Bull Pub (The Bull), Three Leg Cross, Ticehurst where the pub will host the teams, their family and friends before, during and most importantly after the race. With a BBQ during the day and live music in the evening.

There is a field behind the pub and the landlord welcomes teams to pitch a tent the night before and join in a BBQ and bonfire ready for the following days events!
